A close acquaintance of Kim Soo-hyun confirmed to TV Report on March 19th, “Kim Soo-hyun is currently staying with his family.”
They continued, “It’s unclear whether he’s with his cousin or father, but Kim Soo-hyun is taking time to recover by staying close to his family. The official statement from his agency, Gold Medalist, will only be released after cross-checking with Kim Soo-hyun.”
Currently, Kim Soo-hyun is embroiled in controversy over allegations that he dated the late actress Kim Sae-ron when she was underage and pressured her over debts resulting from her drunk driving accident.
However, Gold Medalist denied the accusations, stating that Kim Soo-hyun only dated Kim Sae-ron after she became an adult and never pressured her regarding financial matters.
Meanwhile, Kim Sae-ron’s family and the YouTube channel Garo Sero Institute insist that Kim Soo-hyun should admit to all allegations and issue a public apology.
